Drive Password Reset Instructions:
- Open a browser and go to https://drive.nubiaplatform.com
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the bottom of the page, as shown below.
- In the following Window, enter your e-mail address registered to the drive in field A and the captcha letters and numbers in field B and click Submit.
4. You will now need to check your e-mail and click the link on the e-mail, example below.
5. You will now be taken to the following page. In lines A and B, enter your new password. In line C, enter the captcha key. Click Submit.
You have now successfully reset your password. Do not forget to log into the client with the new password if you have it installed.
